Dennis went to the BYU football game this afternoon, so the girls and I were on our own. I decided to take them out to Arctic Circle for dinner, mainly so they could play in the kid area and wear themselves out so I could put them directly into bed.
On the way home from dinner, Emmie saw a man jogging along the side of the road. She said, "Look! There's my daddy!"
I thought that was funny enough, because this guy looked NOTHING like Dennis. But then it got even better.
Kaiya replied, in her know-it-all voice, "It is not our daddy, Emmie! Daddy doesn't know how to run!"
