We went to the splash park yesterday with some friends, and it was SO much fun! The girls all loved it. I was concerned that Claire might not be a big fan, since she tends to get a little nervous with big crowds and lots of noise, but even she had a great time! She'd go out and play for a few minutes (all the while chanting "spash spash spash, jump jump jump!") and then she'd come back to check on me and eat a cracker. Emmie ran around, and around, AND around like the crazy little person that she is, and Kaiya had a blast with the "bigger" kids. Hayden slept in her carseat under a shady pavillion for almost two hours, and was as good as can be when she was awake.
We ate a little picnic lunch there, and then everyone took a nice, long nap when we got home. That's always a plus. I think I might have to make this a weekly thing. It was a great way to have fun and cool off in this hot weather! Loved it!

So it looks like your kids had so much fun, and I've never heard of the splash park. Where is it?
How fun, I haven't been there yet but hopefully will make it there sometime this summer.
I know about the water park down town SL, is this one in UT county?
OKay nevermind I've just been over to the play dates blog and got the info.
Heather, it's out in Herriman, and it really doesn't take very long to get there. If you want to bring your kids and come along with us next time, you're more than welcome!
