My Emmie is four years old today. Emmie is fun and happy and fearless. She seems to view life as some big adventure, and I pray she's always as spontaneous and happy as she is now! She is a great big sister and the older she gets the more nurturing and kind she becomes. I admire so many of her qualities and feel so blessed to be her mother. Emmie can always make me smile and she gives the BEST hugs of anyone I know. I can't imagine making it through life without her!

What a wonderful tribute to a special girl! I've only spent a few days with Emmie, but it seems that she can light up a room simply by walking in it.
