Happy Birthday, Dennis!

We had a great time last night celebrating with our friends. Thanks to everyone that came and made it fun! I was SO mad that I forgot my camera, because we could have had some really incredible pictures. Next year.

Dennis, thanks for being such a great husband and father. Thank you for being so supportive of everything I want to do, for letting me vent when "the crazies" are coming on, and for putting up with my mild case of OCD ;) Thank you for giving me four beautiful little girls - and thank you for pretending right along with me that we TOTALLY have this parenting thing down.

When I asked the girls what their favorite thing about Daddy is, they replied:

Kaiya: "I liked going to work with him."

Emmie: "Playing where I'm the princess and he's the bad guy and takes my wand."

Claire: "He cuddles me and keeps me so warm."

Hayden: "Daaaa! Bleh blah wjhkdflibble"

I wish I could have topped last years festivities for you, but I think you're going to have to hurry up and turn 40 before I put myself through that again! Hope you know that although this years celebration has been much more subdued, I do love you! I at least love you enough that I'm keeping all the crazy, noisy little girls up here with me while you take your second birthday nap of the day downstairs. You're welcome. ;)
