Saturday Dennis and I took the older three girls with us to the BYU vs. Wyoming basketball game. Claire was her typical self and spent most of the time burying her face in my neck or ducking her head - but smiled every time we sang the "fight song". She liked that at least.
Emmie and Kaiya enjoyed it for the most part. They loved the popcorn and Emmie loved cheering for the "Cu-gos"! We left with about 2 minutes left in the game. BYU was 30 points ahead at that point. It was great.
Sunday we got to go to our friends house for a Super Bowl Party! We had a blast. There were some great people there, a bunch of kids for our kids to play with, and of course good food. I'm not a huge football fan, but even I could see that it was a GREAT game. We had so much fun.
I figure this weekend should have been darn near perfect for Dennis. Basketball topped off by football and food. Good times.
Tomorrow the kids are off school, and Dennis has decided to stay home from work, so the weekend continues...
Good news is, February is here! One month closer to spring.

You're right; I bet Dennis was in seventh heaven.
hey - we went to the basketball game too. Max didn't last much past half-time but it was fun for the kids. glad you guys had fun.
